Simple Set-up and Implementation

Getting up and running with APRIO Boardroom™ couldn’t be easier. We make it easy to transition from your traditional way of running meetings to an online environment. Our trainers walk you through everything from initial set up, through a demo or test run to make sure you’re familiar and comfortable with APRIO Boardroom’s flexible and robust functionality.

Every customer is different, but typically the implementation process includes the following tasks:

• We set up your Boardroom environment and add the administrator to the account.
• We help you get started by populating your Boardroom with all your Board and committee members and their email addresses, and assigning each member to a specific group or subcomittee as per your direction.

User Training:

• Training begins and can be done all at once or broken up into sections. The first session—usually under 2 hours—shows you how to organize a meeting; the next session gets into details: how to customize APRIO Boardroom for your organization so that it basically mimics your old board books in an online environment. We’ll also show you how to upload archival materials and populate resources.
• Then we help you work up to a ‘test’ meeting – this can be a rollout out to the Board, the executive or whatever committee you choose. Administrators can outline the benefits of the new system, and demonstrate how easy it is to use.
• Prior to the next meeting, an online training session is arranged for all Board members and other users. This usually takes about 30 minutes and you’re ready to take your next meeting completely paperless.

Ongoing Support:

Once the initial sessions are complete, and although APRIO Boardroom is very easy to use, questions will come up. We’re available by phone or online up to and beyond the roll out of the system to all end users.

We also maintain an ongoing dialogue with our customers. Once you’re totally familiar with the system we welcome suggestions and feedback about how to make APRIO Boardroom even better for your organization. Our solution is built to be powerful and flexible; we listen and we’re constantly improving it so that all of our customers benefit.
